AKHOO is not an emergency, ambulance, police, or fire service.
2. Emergencies
AKHOO must not be used as a substitute for official emergency services.
If there is an immediate danger to life, safety, or property, you must contact the appropriate emergency service.
No user should carry out a mission if they believe it may put themselves or others at risk.
3. Age and Eligibility
The account holder must be 18 years of age or older.
When creating an account, you confirm that you are eligible to use the app and to provide the required information.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Keeping your account secure.
- Protecting your password or verification codes.
- Not sharing authentication details with others.
- Notifying AKHOO if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Impersonating another person is not permitted.
5. Requesting Help
A help request must be:
- Genuine.
- Related to an actual need.
- Lawful.
- Within the scope of services AKHOO allows.
Creating fake or misleading requests is prohibited.
6. Providing Help
Providing help through AKHOO is voluntary.
A user who chooses to provide help must:
- Act responsibly.
- Observe safety.
- Not perform work that requires a license or professional expertise if not qualified to do so.
- Cancel or leave the mission if it is unsafe.
7. Relationship Between Users
AKHOO provides a platform to connect users.
A person's use of the app as a helper does not mean they are an employee or official representative of AKHOO.
AKHOO does not guarantee:
- That a helper will be available at all times.
- That a helper will arrive within a certain time.
- That every mission will succeed.
- A specific level of expertise from the other user.
8. Points
Points are internal digital rewards.
Points:
- Are not considered money.
- Cannot be converted into cash.
- May not be sold.
- Are subject to the terms of the rewards system.
AKHOO has the right to cancel points obtained through:
- Fake missions.
- Manipulating the system.
- Fraud.
- Misuse.
- Multiple accounts used to obtain points unlawfully.
9. Weekly Points Offers
AKHOO may provide a limited number of offers that users can redeem using points.
These offers may change weekly or periodically.
The following may change:
- The type of offer.
- The number of points required.
- The duration of the offer.
- The number of times it can be used.
- The number of available offers.
The permanent availability of a specific offer is not guaranteed.
10. Businesses and Partners
AKHOO may display services or offers from independent parties such as:
- Garages.
- Tire shops.
- Batteries.
- Car wash and cleaning services.
- Maintenance services.
- Car parts and supplies.
Each party is responsible for:
- Its services.
- Prices.
- Quality of work.
- Warranty.
- Its own obligations.
A party's appearance within AKHOO does not mean that AKHOO is the actual service provider, unless clearly stated otherwise.
11. Offers and Discounts
Offers may be:
- Limited in time.
- Limited in quantity.
- Available only in certain locations.
- Tied to a specific number of points.
You are responsible for reviewing an offer's terms before using it.
12. Cancellation and Withdrawal from a Mission
Either the person requesting help or the helper may cancel a mission according to its status and the app's rules.
The app may ask for the reason for cancellation or leaving the mission for purposes of:
- Safety.
- Quality.
- Preventing misuse.
- Improving the service.
13. User-Uploaded Content
You are responsible for the information or photos you upload.
It is prohibited to upload content that is:
- Illegal.
- Offensive.
- Misleading.
- Unrelated to the help request.
- In violation of others' privacy.
14. Prohibited Use
AKHOO may not be used for:
- Fraud.
- Threats.
- Harassment.
- Manipulating the points system.
- Creating fake missions.
- Hacking the app.
- Attempting to bypass security systems.
- Collecting users' data without permission.
- Any unlawful activity.
15. Account Suspension or Closure
AKHOO has the right to take appropriate action if it is found that a user has:
- Violated these terms.
- Committed fraud.
- Misused the app.
- Threatened another user's safety.
- Attempted to manipulate points or the system.
Actions may include:
- A warning.
- Restricting certain features.
- Suspending the account.
- Closing the account.
16. Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account from the app's settings.
17. Service Availability
We work to provide AKHOO in the best possible way, but we do not guarantee that:
- The service will operate without interruption.
- Location will always be accurate.
- A helper will always be available.
- Offers will be continuously available.
- The app will be completely free of glitches.
18. Intellectual Property
The name AKHOO / أخوو, the logo, the interface, the designs, the software, and the content owned by AKHOO may not be copied, used, or redistributed without appropriate permission.
19. Updating the Terms of Use
The Terms of Use may be amended as the service evolves or new features are added.
The updated version will be published within the app, and you may be notified of material changes.
